After your site visit we move into the design phase where we create a clear plan for your space. This may include layout planning, material direction, and realistic renderings so you can visualize your renovation before construction begins.

Once your design is complete, we walk through the details and finalize selections. This ensures everything is aligned before moving forward.

At this stage, we provide a detailed quote based on your approved design so you can move forward with confidence.

A formal contract is signed prior to construction to ensure everything is clearly outlined and agreed upon.
